HBLF Romaster

The ROMASTER talent care Program was launched in February 2007 jointly by the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) and IBM Hungary. The objective of the Program is to further develop a community with tertiary education and language skills within Roma society, ensuring that its members can gain competitive knowledge and take jobs offered by employers, or participate in the competitive economy by starting their own business.

Corporate mentoring is a fundamental element in the Program, together with the concept that support is rendered only to those secondary school students who wish to take part in higher education and study for a degree in the fields of economy, engineering, law and health care.
